We don't really recommend anything higher or lower than anything from 60 to 30FPS. 30FPS is native. 60 works while dynamic. Anything above 60 may cause issues, especially with the menus of the game becoming hard to control.

Yeah it has a weird issue which locks it at 20 fps. If you want to run it at 30 you would need to download a mod called static 30 fps from their discord channel. Just search there and it will show up. This mod works only on versiom 1.6.0 of the game. Yes, I played through BotW a couple of times on Cemu myself, before getting it on the Switch. I couldn't quite maintain 60 fps all the time, though, even after the multi-core update to the emulator. Still, it was far smoother than on the console. No doubt in my mind it would have been 60 fps on the Switch if that were technically possible.
